• Once a design is approved, it cannot be changed or canceled.

• Orders are typically printed and shipped within 3–5 business days after design approval.

• Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

4. Returns & Refunds

Because our products are custom-made, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless:

• The item arrives damaged

• There is a manufacturing or printing error

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll do our best to make it right!
